Chevron Eight Encoded...

I'm pleased to report that the 'jumper has now arrived safely on it's new server.

The system should be tonnes more stable than the old one (fingers crossed)

Moving to a New Server

Just a quick note to let you all know that due to unreliability with my current hosting provider I am moving the 'jumper to a new server this weekend.

Hopefully there shouldn't be too much downtime involved and I'm sorry if you've been having trouble gating in.

GateFic Needs You

Hello everyone, this is a big shout out to all you fanfic writers out there. I would really appreciate it if you would have a go with the fanfic section and let me know what you think. This is a new thing for me and I'm sure that the system could be vastly improved with your feedback.

Quick Update

Hi there folks, I know I've been away a while, and I promise I'll be giving the 'jumper the love and attention it deserves soon. I just wanted to let you know a) that I will be bringing more desktop wallpapers in the near future and will also get the fanfic section sorted (thanks to those of you who have been in touch!). B) I had to let you know about this super-cool Lego Stargate, it's deeply impressive and I think you'll all appreciate it!

Well that's it for tonight, I'm afraid, but do keep popping back because there are goodies on the way.

Thanks so much for sticking with me, you guys are the best!

New Season Air Dates (UK)

18th October 2006 - put it in your diaries!

Sky One will premier SG1 season 10 at 20:00, followed by Atlantis season 3 at 21:00 - I'm so exited

There's basically one rule, it must be Stargate. That's pretty much it, anything goes (but ensure you provide the neccessary warnings).

I know, I know, it's been far too long, but to make up for it I've created a whole new mini-site for non-stargate desktops (mostly film and TV, but I have grand plans - see the link on the left). There are new Stargate papers on the way - but I've just got a new job so it may be a little while yet!

I've been asked about the font I used for the "open the gate and dream" tag-line (thanks for the feedback Angyl!); it's Humanst521 ST if anyone else is interested.

I've even got around to fixing the indented menu text in Firefox, so it lines up properly. Don't say I never give you anything...

I was working on a new Carson desktop and had a complete doodle-fit! The result is...interesting...hmmm...

PS: This weekend I'll be sorting out a better way of organising the images, rather than the alphabetical-by-filename system I've been using. That should make it easier to find new ones, rather than trawling through. It'll have to wait though, because that's far too much like filing for a weekday!
